Farmington, CT (September 9, 2016) – The National Health Information Awards recently recognized Envolve PeopleCare with a gold award for EPC’s “Raising Well” program. The winning entry, announced over Labor Day Weekend, honored Raising Well in the “Total Health Information Program” category.
Raising Well is an award-winning program that helps overweight and obese children achieve long-term physical health improvement by working with parents to create a supportive home environment where healthy lifestyle changes can occur. Earlier this year, the Raising Well logo won gold in the Hermes Creative Awards, a prestigious international competition for creative professionals. Raising Well also won several awards in 2015.
In addition, EPC wasn’t the only Centene subsidiary to be honored in the National Health Information Awards. Envolve received a merit award for the pamphlet “Brush with Wisdom,” while Centene Corporation won bronze for the pamphlet “Caregiver Journal” and merit awards for the books My Care Planner and Taking Care of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The National Health Information Awards program is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for professionals who work in consumer health fields. Click HERE to see a full list of the 2016 winners.
