Chief Health Officer at Envolve PeopleCare will share expertise on health management
Farmington, CT (September 1, 2017) – Envolve PeopleCare™ (EPC) announced this week that along with the Patron Level sponsorship, Jeremy Corbett, M.D. will present at the 2017 HERO Forum, Sept. 12-14 in Phoenix, AZ.
Dr. Corbett, EPC Chief Health Officer, will present at Spark Session, Disrupting Traditional Care Management in the Workplace in Real Time on Sept. 12 at 10:45 a.m. to approximately 500 employers, employee health and wellness providers, wellness industry professional organizations, and research experts who are expected to attend the HERO Forum.
The session will focus on the rise of chronic illness, the impact on employers, and how EPC is disrupting the traditional, reactive approach to care management in favor of empowering individuals to find sustainable behavior change.

Dr. Corbett serves on Envolve PeopleCare’s (EPC) executive team as Chief Health Officer. In his current role with EPC, Dr. Corbett is responsible for clinical product development and innovation across Centene’s behavioral and physical health platforms as well as the Envolve Center for Health Behavior Change.
Jeremy completed medical school at the University of South Florida and residency at the University of Kentucky, where he served as Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Corbett is a partner with Central Emergency Physicians in Lexington, KY and holds licensure nationwide.
