Quick Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

For a quick potassium and antioxidant-loaded breakfast or anytime smoothie, whip up this blueberry and banana smoothie made from only 6 ingredients.

The chia seeds are optional, but boast a mild nutty flavor and are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which is believed to deliver a myriad of health benefits.


  • 1 large handful ice cubes

  • 1 large banana, frozen and cut into 2 inch pieces

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
